How to make the turn in swimming

The swimming bell spinning technique is very easy and will help you to make better times in your swimming series, we will teach you 5 exercises of simple swerving in swimming.
The phases of the turn are: approach, turn, touch, impulse, slip and propulsion towards the surface. Let's see now these phases with 5 exercises.
Exercise 1 approach learns the cornering technique. This is an exercise that helps us to define with what stroke we are going to start the turn, it is very important that you choose your strongest stroke to achieve a faster and more efficient American swimming lap.
Once the arms finish the traction it is important that the palms of the hands observe the bottom of the pool remember that the head and the hands are the rudder in the propulsion.
Exercise 2 Swing of crol we will do a somersault with impulse out of the water, making the return swim in the crawl style, do this exercise until you manage to master it
Exercise 3 American turn step by step just like the previous one makes the turn with impulse but without leaving the water The head is thrown down by neck flexion. The palms of both hands will rotate so that they look down; legs and feet are joined together with bent knees.
