# 1 We start at the edge of the pool, we take impulse, we kick the crawl style with alternate stroke of the chest we will perform four strokes and the last one we do simultaneously to get the head and breathe. Make 4 sets of 25 meters of this exercise resting 2 minutes between each series.
Exercise # 2 we started kicking cró style with arm stroke, You could say that the action of arms does not perform a full stroke, it is rather a half stroke if we compare it with the other swimming styles, since the hands remain in front of the line of the shoulders all the time and do not exceed the height of the chest. Looking from the bottom of the pool the trajectory of the arms resembles the shape of a heart.
Exercise # 3 we start taking momentum and we will perform 2 chest-style strokes and then a chest kick to repeat the cycle again. The hands should be carried vigorously forward in an accelerated movement until the arms reach a full extension in front of the body. Some breaststroke swimmers prefer to regain their arms above the water while others keep them submerged. Both styles have been used successfully, therefore, for the moment, one method can not be recommended because it is better than the other.
